**iSHIFT SCI Solution Delivery SCI TM/IM Lead**
iSHIFT is Sanofi's strategic enterprise transformation program, deploying SAP S/4HANA (including MDG – Master Data Governance) across the global organization. It is the backbone of Sanofi's CORE model, standardizing and harmonizing processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and beyond. Through a shift left approach and SAP MVP delivery methodology, iSHIFT is accelerating rollouts across regions and countries — reducing project lifecycle by up to 50% while ensuring quality and adoption.
The iSHIFT program mobilizes cross-functional teams across Digital, Finance, M&S, Business Operations, BPOs, and external partners to deliver a unified, future-ready ERP platform for Sanofi worldwide.
