Job Description
- Generate leads, developing new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls and lead follow-up, logging all activity in the CRM and Business Management System.
- Generate quotations.
- Engage with potential customers by phone, email or video meeting (demonstrating when required the features and benefits of products and services) with the goal of getting a customer meeting for the Account Manager.
- Managing a sales pipeline involving monitoring sales activities and customer interactions, updating sales records and customer information in a customer relationship management (CRM) system and providing regular reports on sales activities and results.
- Coordinate and schedule strategic meetings for account managers to drive growth and maximise sales opportunities.
