Job Description
Key Responsibilities Serve as a liaison between business users and vendors to resolve issues or escalate as needed.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand workflow requirements and ensure seamless system interoperability.
Maintain documentation for systems configuration, integration points, and support procedures.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience supporting Saa S tools like Office 365, Zoom, Slack, Hive, or similar.
Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4 HANA.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Highly organized Detailed oriented Team player Able to prioritize a heavy workload.
Analytical problem‐solving skills Willingness to learn and contribute whenever help is needed.
Excellent communication skills Established project management skills.
