IT Application Specialist (Business Systems – ERP / HR / Property)

We’re hiring an IT Application Specialist to join a lean IT team supporting business systems used across Finance, HR, and operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of systems, users, and business processes — understanding how systems are actually used in daily operations, not purely coding or infrastructure work.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in ensuring systems support daily business operations effectively:

• Support enterprise systems such as ERP (MHW), property systems (Yardi), and HR systems (e.g. KaizenHR / BrioHR)
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate closely with vendors for resolution
• Work with users across departments to understand workflows and identify improvement opportunities
