Become an integral part of FLINT's operations as an IT Business Analyst. Collaborate across business units to identify opportunities and deliver technology-enabled solutions.
In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to work closely with various teams, mapping workflows and driving process improvements. With a focus on solution delivery, you'll utilize AI tools and low-code platforms while gathering requirements from stakeholders and translating them into effective solutions.
