The new role
- As an IT Business Analyst, you will lead the testing effort and take ownership of the documentation of all QA processes and results.
- You will liaise with clients to understand business issues, processes, and organizational requirements.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing the business processes, requirements, and functional specifications based on the proposed solutions to prepare appropriate test cases.
