• Products: Current loans (preapproved, OnDemand, OnePay, Payroll in advance, etc.), Fraud (Experian and Confirma), Bureaus (Experian & Asnef).
• People development: Lead a chapter and foster a proud, top‑performing, diverse tech team that every tech person wishes to join. Increase team autonomy.
• Efficiency & productivity: Shorten time to market. Understand product end‑to‑end and seek efficiencies in behavior and landscape rationalization.
• Software Engineering: Promote modularity, scalability, flexibility and sustainable technology. Deliver solutions, respond quickly to users’ needs, and comply with IT risk and compliance.
