As an IT Concierge Engineer with NCS Group, the broad area of your job responsibilities will cover the following:
- Provide front-line IT support and assistance to end-users in a professional, courteous manner.
- Handle walk-in requests, phone calls, and digital service requests efficiently.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with technical teams for complex issues requiring escalation.
- Set up and configure workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Support meeting room technology setup and troubleshooting.
- Track and manage IT equipment loans, returns, and inventory.
