Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for end‑to‑end post‑sales delivery of IT infrastructure projects, covering cloud platforms, enterprise storage, and hybrid IT environments.
- Lead the delivery of infrastructure projects including Cloud Computing, Storage, Servers, Virtualization, Databases, and Data Center Network & Security, ensuring technical accuracy and operational readiness.
- Deliver IT Professional Services such as Storage Migration, Server Migration, Cloud Migration, and Database Migration, including planning, execution, and cut‑over activities.
- Act as the technical owner for delivery projects, resolving complex engineering issues encountered during implementation and rollout.
- Work closely with customers to understand contractual scope and technical requirements, support delivery planning, lead solution design, and ensure successful project implementation and handover.
