Description:
- We are seeking an IT Deployment Specialist to participate in a laptop upgrade project for our US-based remote workforce.
- While the hardware is physically housed and shipped from our centralized warehouse, you will serve as a facilitator between that warehouse and the end-user.
- This role focuses on the logistical "magic " of getting new tech into employees' hands and getting old tech back—all without being in the same room as the hardware or the user.
- You will be the primary point of contact for remote users you are upgrading, ensuring their transition to new hardware is friction-less and professional.
