IT and Development Engineer
Design, implement, and manage computer applications and systems that support organizational processes and drive efficiency.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain computer applications that support productive, administrative, and storage processes.
Design and implement solutions aligned with business needs and write operating procedures and system documentation.
Install and manage SQL Server and web servers (IIS), ensuring confidentiality and security of managed information.
Provide user support, troubleshoot application‐related issues, and train users on system functionality and best practices.
Comply with Safety, Health, and Environmental Standards, Johnson Controls Manufacturing System Guidelines (JCMS), ISO *** Management System requirements, and fulfill the role of HPT facilitator when applicable.
