Job Description
The IT Director will lead the Information Technology function across all markets and brands for the Group. This role is accountable for delivering a secure, scalable, data-driven, and AI-enabled technology ecosystem supporting business growth, digital transformation, retail operations, and enterprise modernization.
Job Responsibilities:
IT Strategy & Leadership Develop and execute the Group’s IT strategy, aligned with business growth, omnichannel retail expansion, and digital innovation objectives Define the IT operating model, organizational structure, and skills roadmap across all technology domains Provide leadership to multi-disciplinary teams with a focus on capability building, succession planning, and cross-functional collaboration Drive change management, digital adoption, and user experience improvements across all business units
