What you'll do

• Ensure 24/7 availability, reliability, and stability of the production environment
• Maintain and support network and server infrastructure, as well as Just-in-Time Sequencing and Manufacturing systems; analyze performance and growth trends
• Assist with root cause analysis and contingency executio
• Implement and manage data backup and recovery
• Coordinate IT equipment procurement and maintenance with internal teams and vendors
• Maintain accurate documentation and process records
• Support training and development of end-users and team members
• Performing risk analysis, identifying failure modes, and ensuring contingencies are in place
