IT Executive / IT Network & System Support ( Woodalnds )Junior 1-2 years exp

1. IT Infrastructure Support
. Maintain and troubleshoot hardware (PCs, printers, barcode scanners, etc.)
. Support network infrastructure: LAN/WAN, switches, routers, Wi-Fi
. Ensure servers and data storage are running smoothly (file servers, domain controllers)
2. System Administration
. Manage user accounts, email, Active Directory, file permissions
. Monitor IT security (antivirus, firewalls, data protection policies)
. Perform regular backups and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place
3. Manufacturing/Production System Support
. Provide technical support for MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), ERP, or factory-specific systems
Requirement
. Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
. 1-3 years of experience in IT support, networking, or systems administration
