Job Description
Software & Application Support Install, configure, and maintain standard and custom software. Provide technical support to end-users. Liaise with software vendors for updates, bugs, or new implementations.
IT Policies and Compliance Implement and enforce IT policies, data protection, and access control. Support ISO/IEC 27001 or other relevant compliance needs if applicable.
IT Infrastructure Support Maintain and troubleshoot hardware (PCs, printers, barcode scanners, etc.). Support network infrastructure: LAN/WAN, switches, routers, Wi-Fi. Ensure servers and data storage are running smoothly (file servers, domain controllers).
System Administration Manage user accounts, email, Active Directory, file permissions. Monitor IT security (antivirus, firewalls, data protection policies). Perform regular backups and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place.
