Create, support, and uphold a culture of collective high performance and great customer experiences across the store, with a specific focus on the IT & Gaming department. To support role, assist the Store Management team with storewide objectives.
- Achieve sales and profitability targets for your store
- Ensure all IT Gaming Department activities meet compliance and legislative standards, with an emphasis on safety, including in‑store process and incident reporting
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a positive experience for both in‑store and online customers
