Job Description
The primary focus of the candidate will be to assist with automation activities in relation to investigation technologies, concepts and processes. Tasks are chosen based on the individuals’ profile so that the candidate will gain experience with fundamentals of digital forensics and investigations but also able to develop and enhance their core skills in relation to scripting and automatization.
- Automatization of Forensic Analysis: Extension of existing scripts as well as the development of new ones to support analysis and automatization of typical use cases, specifically in context of parsing and transforming structured data such as log files. Familiarization with the underlaying data through active testing and reproduction of test data.
- Process Improvements : Review and exercising of existing process documentations to provide and implement ideas for automatization of repetitive tasks
