Our client, based in Boksburg, is seeking a recent IT graduate to join their team for a 12-month internship. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated candidate who is eager to gain practical experience in IT support, end-user support, network troubleshooting, and day-to-day IT operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide basic PC and desktop support to staff members.


• Assist with setting up, configuring, and preparing PCs for new employees.


• Connect printers for users and troubleshoot printer-related issues.


• Provide end-user support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and other Office applications.


• Track, update, and action support tickets on ServiceNow.
