We are looking for an IT Help Desk I specialist to provide hands-on technical support for a healthcare organization in Hawaii. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues while helping end users stay productive. The role also supports day-to-day IT operations through equipment setup, troubleshooting, and coordination with higher-level support staff. Due to the nature of the work and onsite requirements, preference will be given to Hawaii residents. Applicants should be able to reliably commute or reside within the region to meet business needs.
