Job Description
IT Helpdesk Technician (Part‑time, 6‑month fixed‑term contract)
Based in our centrally located Auckland CBD office, you will join a fun, supportive team and receive comprehensive on‑job training to build your IT support skills.
What you’ll be doing
- First‑response support – manage walk‑up requests, urgent calls, and service tickets, triage and troubleshoot to keep users productive.
- Repair and fix hardware and software – troubleshoot and support laptops, workstations, meeting room tech, tablets, printers, install, configure, and maintain applications.
- Problem solving – prioritise workload, demonstrate initiative and collaborate with the wider Technology team to deliver timely solutions.
- Device provisioning and upgrades – provision laptops for new starters and upgrade existing devices for staff.
- Build rapport and communicate – provide clear, friendly communication in person, phone, instant message, or email.
