• Manage and support IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks, ensuring smooth daily operations and minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end users, providing timely support and solutions for software, hardware, and connectivity problems.
• Maintain and update systems, security protocols, and data backups, ensuring compliance with IT standards and protecting company assets from cyber threats.
• Strong technical knowledge in hardware, software, networks, and IT systems troubleshooting, with experience in supporting various IT infrastructure.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity protocols and data protection practices to ensure the integrity and security of IT systems.
