IT Infrastructure Engineer Job Description 1.Responsible for Tech infrastructure, including hardware, software and networks for manufacturing sites. 2.Support and deliver Tech solution and project e.g. network/wireless upgrade, server deployment etc. 3.Ensure computer room, network devices, servers, all backend infrastructure are monitored and maintained in optimal health. 4.Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and other network and system problems. 5.Ensure Tech infrastructure projects and activities are delivered in compliance with DTMS (Digital & Tech Management System) process. 6.Tech infrastructure support within Singapore. 7.Liaising with Tech teams within and above site to ensure systems, services and initiatives are deployed effectively to the site.
