Role Summary
The IT Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's IT infrastructure environment, ensuring high availability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency across servers, storage, virtualization platforms, data centers, and end-user computing services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage enterprise IT infrastructure operations including servers, storage, virtualization, backup, and data center environments.
Ensure infrastructure availability, performance optimization, capacity planning, and disaster recovery readiness.
Administer Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and identity & access management.
Oversee End User Computing (EUC) services including desktops, laptops, MDM, patch management, and endpoint security.
Implement infrastructure security controls and maintain compliance with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC, and related standards.
