Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled in any IT-related course and required to complete OJT or internship hours as part of the curriculum
- Minimum required internship duration: 300 hours
- Demonstrates good work ethics
- Advanced technical skills preferred. Knowledgeable in the following:
- PC troubleshooting (from cables and wiring to physical desktop issues)
- Hardware assembly and disassembly
- Network troubleshooting
- PHP programming
- Software and application installation
- Willing to learn, be trained, and take on new tasks
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and perform minimal daily task inventory
- Assist with required IT documentation
- Handle biometrics access transfer
- Conduct website testing and other IT-related quality assurance tasks to ensure smooth production workflow
