IT Lead Analyst - Workday AI (Prism & Reporting)

Job Description
A large retail company is seeking a a skilled and motivated IT Lead to join our team to oversee the technology platforms and applications that support the company’s Workday AI initiatives, Prism Analytics, and enterprise reporting. This role will lead the design, development, and optimization of Workday AI-powered capabilities (including Workday Data lake), advanced Prism analytics, and reporting frameworks. The IT Lead Analyst will play a pivotal role in enabling Workday Agents, Agent System of Record (ASOR), intelligent automation, data modeling, scalable reporting architectures, and AI-driven insights to enhance business processes and decision-making. The ideal candidate will align technology solutions with strategic business objectives, ensuring high-quality delivery, data integrity, and operational excellence. This is a hybrid position in Lincolnshire and requires 3 days per week in the office. Apply today!
