Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager & ERP Lead to oversee the organization’s IT operations and lead the implementation, optimization, and governance of Oracle Fusion ERP. The role requires strong expertise in IT governance, vendor management, and digital transformation preferably within engineering EPC or manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Management (Oracle Fusion)

• Lead implementation, customization, and support of Oracle Fusion ERP
• Manage ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, etc.)
• Ensure system optimization, performance, and user adoption
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for enhancements
