Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the IT function (infrastructure, networks, systems, security)
- Develop IT strategy aligned with business objectives
- Ensure system uptime, performance, and reliability
- Oversee implementation of new software, hardware upgrades, and system integrations
- Manage IT support/helpdesk, user support, incident management
- Implement cybersecurity measures, data backups, disaster recovery plans
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, vendor management
- Manage IT budget, procurement, and vendor contracts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 7+ years of IT experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
