We are looking for a
strong, accountable IT Manager
who can lead the entire IT function, from daily operations and cybersecurity, to project delivery, to overseeing
R&D staff
(attendance, discipline, productivity). You will also be expected to
drive the team
, not just manage tasks. This role has three core pillars: IT Operations & Cybersecurity
- Keep internal systems secure, stable, and efficient.
Project Management
- Deliver internal and client-facing IT projects.
Team Leadership (including R&D)
- Oversee attendance, discipline, and output of the IT and R&D teams.
