Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure including servers, networks, cloud environments and end-user systems
- Own and optimise core business systems including ERP, ensuring data integrity and alignment with operational needs
- Provide stable, scalable IT environments supporting engineering, development, testing and production activities
- Drive cybersecurity practices including access control, data protection, backup and disaster recovery, and proactive vulnerability monitoring
- Support internal and external audits (CE+, AS9100) by ensuring IT systems, controls and documentation meet compliance requirements
- Manage IT vendors, service providers and procurement of hardware and software
- Maintain IT documentation, systems governance and best practices
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, automation and system integration across the business
