IT Manager (Sports-Retail)

IT Manager - Budget upto AED 18000 (Sports - Retail MANDATORY)

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage Retail ERP and POS systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Retail
• Lead application strategy enhancements, upgrades and integrations
• Ensure smooth store operations across POS, inventory, pricing, promotions and finance
• Manage CRM clienteling and SMS marketing platforms
• Drive AI and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and insights
• Own Power BI dashboards and reporting for sales, inventory, finance and customer analytics
• Work closely with Infrastructure teams on store networks connectivity and system availability
• Manage vendors, partners, SLAs and application budgets
