- Lead daily IT operations, including service delivery, support, and escalation management.
- Foster a collaborative, service-oriented IT environment focused on reliability and continuous improvement.
- Improve IT processes, documentation, onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and ticketing practices.
- Maintain and support core infrastructure including networks, firewalls, VPNs, endpoints, Microsoft 365, backups, and remote connectivity.
