Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Network Engineering, or related field.


Experience:

2–4 years of hands-on experience in configuring, deploying, and managing enterprise monitoring tools.


Monthly Salary Package:

15,000 – 17,000 SAR


Qualifications & Skills:


  • 2–4 years of experience managing and configuring the following tools (required): AppDynamics Microsoft SCOM Microfocus NNMi Intermapper Microfocus APM Cisco Nexus Dashboard Cisco ThousandEyes DCIM and NetEco systems

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, applications, databases).

  • Experience configuring monitoring thresholds, alerts, dashboards, and custom notifications.
