IT Network Lead

Responsibilities

1. Design, maintain, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure.
2. Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime.
3. Plan and execute network upgrades and migrations.
4. Support global operations with reliable and secure network connectivity.
5. Prepare reports on network performance, incidents, and capacity planning.
6. Lead and supervise the IT Network team to ensure optimal network performance.
7. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
8. Manage vendor relationships and oversee network-related procurement.
9. Coordinate with other IT departments to ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

1. Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field of study.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Network Engineer and Infrastructure or in a similar role.
