The Opportunity

Lead the development and delivery of organizational change management (OCM) plans for major IT projects and communication, and act as the day‑to‑day owner of WSP IT's enterprise communication channels – drop‑ins, internal town halls, the IT SharePoint site, the Viva Engage page and the IT inbox. The role ensures a consistent, audience‑tailored IT voice across the organization and supports adoption of major IT initiatives.

Your Impact

  • Build and execute end‑to‑end communication and OCM plans for major IT projects, in partnership with project managers, IT Business Partners and sponsors.
  • Conduct stakeholder and change‑impact analyses; define audiences, key messages, channels and cadences.
  • Develop change and adoption materials (FAQs, talking points, executive briefings, training support, readiness assessments).
