Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Support the ERP system, including user support, issue analysis, and basic report customization.
- Assist in minor system enhancements, scripting, and basic programming tasks when required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of hardware, software, and IT resources; handle IT asset and software audits.
- Collaborate with the HQ IT team to resolve specific IT issues and ensure alignment with group-wide IT policies and standards.
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
