IT Operations Engineer – Key Responsibilities & Requirements Key Responsibilities End-User & Desktop Support Provide L1/L2 support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals. Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Windows systems and hardware. Support mobile devices (iOS & Android). Conference & Collaboration Support Support and maintain conference room A/V and video conferencing systems. Assist with Zoom, Teams, Skype, and hybrid meeting setups. Provide on-site and remote support for meetings and events. Software & Application Support Support Microsoft Office, Outlook, and in-house applications.
