Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Executive to take ownership of the organisation's day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, and end-user support. The role combines hands-on technical delivery with a degree of leadership: you will resolve complex technical issues, maintain and improve the IT environment, support junior team members, and help ensure that systems are secure, reliable, and aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Administer, maintain, and monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services, ensuring high availability and performance.
Provide senior-level support for hardware, software, and network issues, acting as an escalation point for the IT support team.
