IT Operations coordinator/International environment

Job Description We are looking for a person that will oversee the IT products and services for End Users at the Office. These products and services include, but are not limited to, Printing, On Site Support, Videoconference, Digital Signage, Connectivity, and local and global projects related to site activities that engage IT technology and services. The Site Coordinator will work closely with the IT local and global teams and the LOS regional managers to ensure a strong focus on the quality of service provided by ETF DW&C. We are seeking a candidate with knowledge and experience in all the aforementioned areas. Role Purpose The Site Coordinator ensures effective coordination and delivery of IT support and end-user services at PMI local offices.
