Job Description
Mission
Join our global IT Operations team as the first IT Engineer in our Madrid hub. You will be part of our international IT team while being the face of IT for our growing Madrid office, ensuring our team members have the tools and support they need to be productive. Working in a hybrid model, you’ll balance remote work with on‑site presence to cover local IT needs, while contributing to global IT projects and playing a key role in scaling our operations as we grow.
Role
IT Support & Operations
- Provide on‑site support for the Madrid team and overall remote support for the whole Aily team, resolving hardware and software issues.
- Manage the lifecycle of IT assets (procurement, onboarding, offboarding, inventory).
- Administer SaaS applications and access management systems (Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom).
- Ensure meeting rooms, Zoom Rooms, and AV equipment are always operational and ready for use.
