IT Operations Lead: Microsoft 365 & MSP Oversight

ARTO is seeking an Operations Lead in Madrid to manage operational relationships and own the Microsoft stack, including M365, across roughly 150 users. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience and is eager to take on a hands-on role with documentation discipline.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day management of IT services and should have a solid understanding of Microsoft tools, fluent English and Spanish, and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a dynamic environment.
