Job Description

- Manage application development projects and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
- Clarify, analyze, and define user requirements and operational processes.
- Create and maintain basic design documents for application development.
- Act as a bridge between users and the development team to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
- Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirement

- Associate degree or higher
- Business level of Japanese (at least N2 level) and High Conversational English
- Interest in system development and digital transformation projects.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Experience involving application development project is preferred.
