- Business expansion and solution sales
- Develop new customers: Proactively identify and explore potential companies that require IT manpower outsourcing, high‑end headhunting, and business process outsourcing through telephone sales, unfamiliar visits, LinkedIn, and industry events.
- Consulting sales: Deeply understand the customer's business pain points (such as the urgent need for technical experts for project launch, high labor costs for IT infrastructure operation and maintenance), and provide a talent as a service consulting solution.
