Red Ember Recruitment is looking for aProcurement Buyer to be based at our client in Pinelands, Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) and stock on hand (SOH).
- Compile 2-week run rates based on item usage and sales statistics.
- Perform regular price checks and updates to ensure competitiveness with major retailers.
- Build and maintain supplier relationships to ensure reliability and collaboration.
- Ensure on-demand items are consistently in stock when available from suppliers.
- Place orders for all sales staff and across multiple locations.
- Process customer credit invoices promptly and accurately.
