**What You Will Do:**
As a Project Leader in the IT Enablement and Strategy team, you will partner with the IT Portfolio Leaders for Finance, Legal, and Human Resources to develop strategies, capture demands, publish roadmaps, and ensure the successful execution of the IT enablement projects in these portfolios. Balance direct leadership for more strategic / higher risk projects with indirect leadership, such as coaching, for more tactical / lower risk projects to ensure the successful execution of all projects.
