Role Overview

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing complex projects from initiation through closeout. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget , while effectively coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and mitigating risks.

Project Planning & Initiation

• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation
