Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end IT and transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Lead change management initiatives to support successful adoption of new systems and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into effective technological solutions.
- Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular updates to senior leadership, including the CEO.
- Oversee the implementation of Lark as the company’s new digital collaboration platform, ensuring smooth transition and user adoption.
- Evaluate and integrate AI tools to drive operational improvements and business intelligence.
