IT PROJECT MANAGER

Summary You will serve as NIWC Pacific's Communications and Networks (C&N) Engineering Senior Scientific Technical Manager and C&N Department Head of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA. Responsibilities You will provide advanced and/or unprecedented scientific and/or technical guidance and recommendations to top-level administrative and technical management officials within the STRL, DoD, other federal agencies, and academia. You will perform and/or manages research and development in the physical and engineering sciences and other fields closely related to the Center's mission. You will be responsible for rigorous yet agile systems engineering and disciplined technical leadership in the development of Communication and Network Systems. You will lead engineering, development, and integration of seabed-to-space systems and capabilities.
