IT Service Delivery Lead — Drive CSI & Performance

TAQA Distribution is seeking a Lead, Service Delivery to ensure high standards of IT service delivery and user satisfaction. This role involves managing operational processes, improving efficiency, and leading service improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in information technology and at least 6 years of relevant experience, particularly in the energy or distribution sectors. Strong IT service management knowledge, especially with ServiceNow, is preferred.
