IT Service Delivery Lead: Ops & Vendor Management

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd. is looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager in Singapore. This permanent role manages overall IT operations, infrastructure, and service delivery. The position requires strong leadership and project management skills along with experience in customer service.

Candidates should possess at least a degree in Computer Science and have 5+ years of relevant experience. The salary can go up to $7500 with bonuses, and the working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.
