Job Description
We are seeking an entry-level IT Helpdesk Technician to support end users in a Windows-based environment. This role is ideal for someone starting their IT career who is eager to build technical skills while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
+ Provide first-level (Tier 1) technical support for end users via phone, email, and ticketing system
+ Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues related to Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and standard desktop applications
+ Assist with password resets, account unlocks, and basic user management in Active Directory
+ Set up, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
+ Support common IT issues such as network connectivity, VPN access, printers, and mobile devices
+ Document incidents, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in the ticketing system
+ Escalate more complex issues to senior IT staff as needed
